Submit abstract and full-paper

Steps to submit abstract

  • create your personal account on the AIMETA reserved area, if you have not already;
  • log in to your AIMETA personal account, by connecting to the AIMETA reserved area;
  • fill in the abstract submission form in the tab "My papers" and upload here your abstract prepared by using the below conference template.

Single registration fee entitles to present at most one work.
Full-papers accepted for the publication with 6 pages or more (including figures, tables and references) will be indexed in SCOPUS.

 

Abstract templates

Each abstract should be written following the MS Word or LaTeX template, that can be found below, and then should to be converted into pdf file for the final upload. 
The file name should have the following pattern: Lastname of first author_aimeta2017.pdf (e.g. rossi_aimeta2017.pdf). 
In case of multiple submissions, use 1, 2, 3….after the last name in the file name (e.g. rossi1_aimeta2017.pdf).

 

Steps to submit (optional) full-paper

  • log in to your AIMETA personal account, by connecting to the AIMETA reserved area;
  • log in to the tab "My papers";
  • log in to the paper detail page, by clicking on the link "EDIT" in the last column of the papers table;
  • upload your full-paper prepared by using the below conference template.

Single registration fee entitles to present at most one work.
Full-papers with 6 pages or more (including figures, tables and references) will be indexed in SCOPUS *.
 

Full-paper templates

Each full-paper should be written following the MS Word or LaTeX template, that can be found below, and then should to be converted into pdf file for the final upload. 
The file name should have the following pattern: Lastname of first author_aimeta2017_FP.pdf (e.g. rossi_aimeta2017_FP.pdf). 
In case of multiple submissions, use 1, 2, 3….after the last name in the file name (e.g. rossi1_aimeta2017_FP.pdf).
Note that preparation of the full-paper is optional and there is no limitation regarding the minimum number of pages of the full-paper. Nevertheless, only full-papers with 6 pages or more (including figures, tables and references) will be indexed in SCOPUS.
